The 2007 and 2008 Dodge Ram Pickup with the H13 style bulb headlights is a pretty difficult vehicle to work on trying to figure out
how to make it work properly with an HID conversion kit.
We finally got the bi-xenon lights to work, but it involved some trial and error. First, we tried just a relay harness and then added capacitors, but nothing worked.

When installing an HID conversion kit into a 2008 Chevy Trailblazer (SS and regular models), you may encounter random flickering issues on the low beam.
For some reason, when the ignition is turned off, the low beam HID bulb will flash. Also, sometimes while driving, the low beam HID will flicker and create a strobing effect.
