Another quality product from HR. The rubber gasket is ok but for my vehicle (maybe everyone in general) it could be 1-2mm bigger, specifically the rubber material closest to the LED chips. This would allow for a more secure feel when installing these into the housings, but a little 3M double sided tape wrapped around this area gave the needed increase. Lights are bright when reversing which is exactly what I was looking for as the neighborhood sidewalks & roads are only lit from the ambient light coming from homes, which ain't much.

I ordered these based on experiences with cheap, Amazon units and YouTub e videos. The install was rather straight forward on my 2010 Ford Explorer. When first powered on they looked great, until I sat down. The tech assured me I would not need resistors with these lights on my vehicle. WRONG!!!! I got the usual DIC message to check the low beams and high beams. I called HR and was immediately told I need resistors for my application. DUHH, REALLY. I told the second tech what I was told at the time of purchase. He said, "Send them backor buy the resistors". At $239, the resistors should be included. I've ordered the recommended resistors from another vendor and hope to install them this weekend.

I rate the product a 5, but my overall experience with HR is just average and I cant give them a 2.5. In addition, my shipment was delayed several days due to a swap in their product shipping computer system. An excuse, not a reason.

I'm by no means saying this the SOP at HR. Their YouTube videos are worth the inconveniences I experienced, but to present such a professional image, you need to match you actions with your presentation. Do what you say and you will get a 5 next time.

GTR ULTRA T15/921 reverse bulbs are excellent choice for more light when backing out of any situation.

I installed these lights on my 2019 CR-V and the difference is incredible. These bulbs work great at night with the back-up camera when compared to the original incandescent lights; I can see the area they light up and the visibility distance has increased several feet. Installation was very easy, they plug in and pop right into the hole.
Only issue I have with them is the fit isn't 100% snug, it's good enough to stay in the housing. However, it isn't a tight fit like the OE socket.

I ordered the following lights:
- 9005/HB3: GTR Lighting Ultra 2
- H11/H9/H8: GTR Lighting Ultra 2
- GTR Lighting High Output 1,000 Lumen LED Reverse Bulbs - T15 / 921

The lights are all solid and work well. Good videos available for hi/low beam installation, and were installed quickly in about 10 minutes for each. My reverse lights that arrived look different than what's pictured above as I write this review... not sure if I just got the older model/inventory, but they work. The comment I have for the reverse lights are that they were extremely difficult to install as the rubber gasket appeared to be to large to fit the bulb entry point. I ended up taking off the entire rear tail light so I could work with it on my workbench using a very small screwdriver to slowly tease the gasket into place. Not sure if my experience is unique, I was sent the wrong bulb, or if the design is slightly off. Total time spent to install reverse lights were 1 hr 15 min.

Customer Service:
The specific reason I ordered these expensive lights is because I was planning an out of state trip for the following weekend where there would be a lot of night trail driving. I ordered all three lights on a non holiday Monday afternoon WITH the $18 2-day shipping option. My transaction was processed, money charged to my credit card, and received email confirmation with the 2-day shipping. Upon reading shipping closer, if order is submitted during the afternoon, the order is started the following day. In this case, Tuesday, which was no big deal because they would still arrive on Thursday, I could install on Friday, and leave for my out of state trip very early Saturday morning. Everything seemed to be good until I checked the status of my order on Wednesday morning. No movement on the order at all, which concerned me so I sent in an email trying to find out what was going on with my order. I received a response on Thursday that all three lights were not in stock (only hi/low beams), thus the delay in the shipment. I called, the gentleman who I spoke to was very nice, but didn't offer any solutions... so I did. How about over-nighting the hi/low beams to me so I can at least have those for the trip. He said, "Wow, that's going to cost a lot of money, but we'll get that done for you and send the reverse lights when in stock next week". I found this to be a sufficient solution. As I watched the tracking number throughout the following day, it never changed, and Friday came and went with no bulbs delivered. Extremely disappointed. I continued to watch the tracking over the weekend and they eventually showed up Monday (I think) under the 2-day shipping (ie, they still took my $18 to ship something late with no refund).

No apologies, no refunds, no 50% off your next purchase because we reallllllly dropped the ball. It's all a big shame, because I had several other lights picked out from the Headlight Revolution site to purchase in the near future.

Hopefully HR tries to make this right before I'm ready to make my additional purchases, otherwise I may be looking elsewhere for a more customer focused company.

Awesome bulbs

I had these in my back-up and cargo in my 2019 F150 and they work great. I have decided to put them in my girls 2019 Tahoe and the housing design was different then the Ford. The light output was fantastic they light the path up perfectly . As usual another great purchase from HR would recommend to any one and the lights fit perfectly.

Good product but shipping was horrible.

Finally received my lights. Have to say they are everything I wanted. Thank you HR for getting my lights to me thru these trying times. You Rock!
